Summer Solstice Labyrinth Walk
Join us at Little Portion Friary for an evening of sacred celebration in honor of the Divine Feminine and the Summer Solstice—a powerful time for spiritual growth, abundance, and community. As the sun reaches its highest point and lingers in the sky, we too will pause in stillness, reflection, and reverence.
This midsummer gathering weaves together ancient ritual, personal reflection, and communal connection. We’ll walk the labyrinth in mindfulness, partake in sacred ceremony, and connect deeply with the divine women who came before us—and the sacred essence that lives within each of us.
🌼 Suggested Rituals and Offerings
You are invited to engage in these rituals throughout the day and during our evening together:
-
🌄 Greet the Sunrise with personal meditation and gratitude
-
🙏 Gather at Our Lady of Hope Grotto before the labyrinth walk to place symbols of the Divine Feminine
-
🌿 Mindfully walk the labyrinth in contemplation, surrounded by nature
-
🔥 Fire Ceremony: Bring a sacred candle to place in the labyrinth’s center
-
🌺 Invoke the Goddess Within or honor a goddess from your lineage
-
🎨 Create an offering to represent your inner goddess (optional, to be placed in the Grotto)
-
🌕 Dance in the Moonlight around the labyrinth as a final communal blessing
-
🖋 Journal your reflections as you feel called
✨ Step into the liminal space between heaven and earth.
Meet your sacred self. Reconnect with your divine ancestors.
We welcome all who wish to walk this path of celebration, reverence, and feminine power.
