What You’ll Need

For in-person or virtual sessions, please have:

A yoga mat

Comfortable clothing

Water bottle

Two yoga blocks

One yoga blanket

A yoga strap/belt
If you’re missing any of these, let me know in advance — I can bring what’s needed for an additional fee.
Travel fees apply for locations more than 2 miles from Bellport (or your location — adjust as needed).
