VIN YOGA

A slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints. It invites stillness, deep release, and inward reflection.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A deeply nourishing, restful practice using props to fully support the body in gentle, comfortable poses. Designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and promote profound relaxation and healing.
