Leave your phone in the car or turn it OFF during the session

Ensure you have paid for your session

If at any point there is discomfort, it is important to notify me right away. Please be aware the session can be stopped at any time and necessary adjustments will be made.

We will first start a conversation, in which I will ask a number of questions to gain a clear understanding of why you are here. Some of the questions may bring up a rather quick emotional or physical response which is an important part of the session
The second part of the session will be on a treatment table in a supine position. Jewelry, eye glasses, hearing aids, shoes and leather belts should be removed, tight clothing loosened. An eye mask may be applied. My hands will be working on and off your body. I may or may not use specific trigger points, on the body, to assist the clearing, releasing and aligning of the energy fields. It is normal to experience visual, audial, physical or emotional sensations

What should I expect during an online remote session?

A zoom link will be sent to you a few minutes prior to your session. Be sure your audio and video is on. 
Ensure that you are in a comfortable environment and that you will not be disturbed. Have a blanket, pillow and water bottle nearby

Wear comfortable loose clothing and remove jewelry, glasses, leather belts, etc.
Turn OFF your phone during the session
No alcohol, recreational drugs or heavy meals 24 hours before your session
A number of questions will be asked to gain a clear understanding of why you are here. Some of the questions may bring up a quick emotional or physical response which is an important part of the session
During the second part of the session you will lie down in a sublime position
You may apply an eye mask at this time. Your energy will be read and treated remotely by calling it into our workspace
Energy fields will be cleared and aligned at this time

What can I expect after a session?

Energetic alignments often allow the body to expel toxic waste, which can be eliminated or expressed in a variety of ways; this is often a body's way of communicating.
Emotional release, diarrhea, rashes, nausea, etc.
These mild detox reactions can last up to 36 hours after the Energetic Alignment is completed. This is not something to worry about.

Soul Therapy: duration 1 hour (after 4 sessions, 45 minutes)
Energy Medicine: duration 1 hour  (after 4 sessions, 45 minutes)
Ancient Stone Alignment: duration 1 hour  (after 4 sessions, 45 minutes)
Intuitive Inquiry: duration 30 minutes or 1 hour
Meditation: duration 30 minutes
Meditation coaching: duration 45 minutes

Package Options are available and sold in 5 and 10 block sessions. Services can be combined in sessions.

If session runs long, an additional fee will be charged accordingly.

Should you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me by telephone only - no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments will be charged in full
