Angela's Yoga Journey

Angela is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a focus on Hatha Yoga, and while she teaches a variety of styles, Yin Yoga is especially dear to her heart. In today’s fast-paced, Yang-dominated world, Yin Yoga offers a vital opportunity to slow down, release deep tension, and restore balance to the body and mind. Angela is deeply committed to adding great value to her yoga community and is dedicated to continually expanding her practice and knowledge. She blends meditation, breathwork, and energy practices into her classes to create enriching, healing experiences. Angela encourages students to explore their "tender edge"—the space for growth and healing—while grounding her teachings in yoga’s foundational principles, self-love, and emotional healing. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when we feel—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Feel to Heal and awaken to your inner wise teacher. By connecting with your body and emotions, you unlock the path to transformation and wellness. This version now includes the idea of awakening to your inner wise teacher as part of the healing process.
